From user Mattia:
I find the current view in the sidebar to be quite confusing. It currently looks like this:
INBOX
├── ADDRESS1@DOMAIN.COM
├── ADDRESS2@DOMAIN.COM
└── ADDRESS3@DOMAIN.COM
SENT MESSAGES
├── ADDRESS1@DOMAIN.COM
├── ADDRESS2@DOMAIN.COM
└── ADDRESS3@DOMAIN.COM
ADDRESS1@DOMAIN.COM
├── Dir1
├── Dir2
└── Dir3
ADDRESS2@DOMAIN.COM
├── Dir1
├── Dir2
└── Dir3
ADDRESS3@DOMAIN.COM
├── Dir1
├── Dir2
└── Dir3
That becomes quickly confusing when different accounts are archived in the program.
I would find it much better if the structure was more along the lines of:
ADDRESS1@DOMAIN.COM
├── Inbox
├── Sent
├── Dir1
├── Dir2
└── Dir3
ADDRESS2@DOMAIN.COM
├── Inbox
├── Sent
├── Dir1
├── Dir2
└── Dir3
ADDRESS3@DOMAIN.COM
├── Inbox
├── Sent
├── Dir1
├── Dir2
└── Dir3
Having just the different accounts on the top level and the respective IMAP directories underneath would make for a much clearer structure. Also, I wouldn’t have to hunt and peck around the sidebar when I want to export an entire account, hoping not to forget any folder, I would just select the topmost account and catch everything with just one click.
